You're right about the Mescans feeling entitled, and they get that from brazen, radical groups like La Raza and MEChA "Fuera de La Raza nada" (For the race, everything. For those outside the race, nothing) ...

When they first started demonstrating Az's law, especially in LA, they didn't care that waving Mescan flags might be seen as a detriment to getting their point across re; opposition to an 'American Law, in America, approved by Americans' ... why, because their mission isn't stopping the bill, it is to unify all hispanics, including citizens of Hispanic origin, as a block ...

(January 12, 1948, Houston, Texas – February 17, 2001), born Harold Moore Jr., was an ex-felon who served time in a Texas prison for insurance fraud, and later a leading figure in the Black Nationalist movement throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Muhammad was known prominently as the spokesperson for the Nation of Islam (NOI) until 1993 and later served as the National Chairman of the New Black Panthers until his death which is now controlled by Malik Zulu Shabazz.
