Afghan Handouts - Not Quite!
It amazes me how peoples perspectives get so out of whack. For example some interviewed Aghans are tired of the fighting and would rather we just keep fixing infrastructure, water, electricity and especially the roads, of course, making it easier to transport the heroin no doubt!

You notice we are the troublesome foreigners - who bring infrastructure money and medicine.
