Supreme Court rules Muslim Terrorists Have Constitutional Rights
That's right, your so called High Court (and I mean HIGH on something)ruled that Americas worst enemy and nightmare has the same rights as you even tho they are in a maximum security prison on Cuban soil, Technically, GITMO or Guantanamo Bay is U.S. soil (OK, OK mere technicality).
In an article by By MARK SHERMAN, Associated Press Writer sez (italics)
"WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay may challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts."
Whether GITMO is or isn't U.S. soil is Beside the point.
The point is that U.S. citizens have U.S. Constitutional Right and that's even debatable these days NOT MUSLIM TERRORIST ISLAMO FASCISTS that would kill you as quick as blinking at you!

So, what does the Government expect us as U.S. Citizens to do where justice is concerned in the future while now knowing that our enemies will soon be walking the streets free to kill us thanks to our own tax dollars mismanaged by the Supreme Court and their confidants the Trial Lawyers Union that payed to free them using the very courts designed to protect us ?
"The lawyer for Salim Ahmed Hamdan, Osama bin Laden's one-time driver, said he will seek dismissal of the charges against Hamdan based on Thursday's ruling. A military judge had already delayed the trial's start to await the high court ruling."
Don't be surprised if this is happening because of the Lawyer lobby and all those free Tax Dollars waiting to be tapped. If the Muslim bastards are entitled to their day in court they are also entitled to an attorney and if they can't afford one , one will be afforded them - AT YOUR EXPENSE Mr/Mrs taxpayer!
If you have relatives fighting these bastards (in their country for now)tell them to do us all a favor and not take any prisoners - their bonus pay, college grants and VA loans are also at stake with the economy going the way it is.

Scalia said the nation is "at war with radical Islamists" and that the court's decision "will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed."
"Habeas corpus is a centuries-old legal principle, enshrined in the Constitution, that allows courts to determine whether a prisoner is being held illegally. "
OK, so let them hire attorneys to represent them from their own country with transportation (all) costs paid for by them or their families!Not one American Lawyer should be retained at the taxpayers expense for this bullshit!
