Two hundred thirty million dollars! It's a joke right, somebody tell me it's a joke.
To whom, for what, are you serious?

Absolutely not, not one damn dime to Lebanon to rebuild what Hezbollah destroyed.
Let Iran, via Hezbollah, who I understand has/is already putting out cash to rebuild as part of their hearts and minds campaign.
WE can't compete with them in that department for gods sake, and we shouldnt anyway.
This is another dumb idea.
