She's a racist, she's a liar, she's in, that's that !

(it's already established she's a racist and just recently proven she's a liar when she denied her taped views at Berkeley and of course, the cous de gras where she said in a 2005 appearance at Duke University Law School,

"All of the legal defense funds out there, they are looking for people with court of appeals experience, because the court of appeals is where policy is made,”

Then she laughs a bit through the following sentence.

“And I know this is on tape and I should never say that because we don’t make law. I know. Okay, I know. I’m not promoting it. I’m not advocating it. I know."


Lady Justice is often depicted wearing a blindfold. This is done in order to indicate that justice is (or should be) meted out objectively, without fear or favor, regardless of identity, power, or weakness: blind justice and blind impartiality.

I don't think most Americans have the fundamental understanding of the distinctions between the Legislative branch and the Judicial. Laws are made by the Legislators and read and inforced by the Judges.
A Judge goes off the ranch, or becomes "AN ACTIVIST" Judge when they decide they don't like the law that their job it is to interpret and decide to change it through their interpretation.

In Sotomayors case, the liberals all joyously proclaim how she brings empathy towards minorities, or she brings a diverse minority view. This is a lot of unconstitutional hooey because in doing so, she's choosing sides which in it's definition is bias vis discriminatory as in the

While watching Sonia Sotmayor's swearing in I noticed some big time eye fluttering and opening and closing of her eyes while she recited the oath...She showed signs of being uncomfortable with the situation and lying..

" It is judges like Sotomayor that deny deserving plaintiffs due process and justice. She is lying about how she truly feels and is being made very uncomfortable for fear of being exposed. It is all told in her FLUTTERING EYES. FBI profiling states that the rapid eye fluttering is an indication of lying and discomfort. You see it with Pelosi also.

This nomination is a direct reflection on President Obama. He owns it. This is the type of liberal, empathetic, overlooking the facts, bias ruled and not judicially influenced decisions that Obama wants on the bench. It is a very scary time for justice in our great country.

Obama should be, but won’t be, ashamed of everything he has done to the people of “America.” I would have said “his country”, but I’m not certain it is his country based on the way he has treated us and saddled several future generations with such historic debt."
