Obama, shape up or ship out !

I must say, that I was taken aback on discovery of this obvious slam against Obama and friends economic policies !




Here is an example of, guessing here, what seems to be how a growing majority of Americans, from all persuasions, feel about the unimaginable ineptitude of those at the helm of this "Ship Of State" .


This venerable and much honored WW II vet, Harold Estes, who is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes
all over the country.. A humble man without a political bone in his body,
he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now.

He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.




Dear President Obama,



My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.



I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly

before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.



One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one,

is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.



So here goes.



I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.



I can't figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:

" We're no longer a Christian nation"

" America is arrogant" - (Your wife even

announced to the world,"America is mean-

spirited. " Please tell her to try preaching

that nonsense to 23 generations of our

war dead buried all over the globe who

died for no other reason than to free a

whole lot of strangers from tyranny and

hopelessness.)

I'd say shame on the both of you but I don't think you like America nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.



After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her

ideals."

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British ? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War ? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers,husbands,and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII,because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around because we stand for freedom..



I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.



Take a little advice from a very old geezer,young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American.If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue .You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.



And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts who was putting up a fight ? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are,terrorists.



One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life but you're the Commander-in-Chief now,son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.



You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.

You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now. And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

I just saw a FOX segment on TV. The sister explained how, the - get this - her brother, a prison gaurd at MCC the "high security prison"(?) in NY, who was ambushed in the cell of Mamdouh Mahmud Salim — an alleged top aide to Usama bin Laden. Salim's cellmate, another Al Qaeda suspect, joined in the attack, which prosecutors say was an attempt to steal Pepe's keys to the cell block to free other prisoners and take hostages.

Also irritating, there has been a lot of NASA coverage/promotional video and interviews lately which they probably are using as a "distraction" to take our minds off of the HC cram down and especially, the 1st terrorist attack on US soil since 911 where the Administration, Military and Government in general is trying to cover that fact up with a bunch of politically correct lies about the poor Muslim victim of bullying and fear of patricide..or the killing of fellow jihaddis !

NASA, like Obama, is an expense we don't need right now or as far as this economic nightmare is concerned, for the unforseen future. You could argue the need for NASA at this juncture but I wouldn't.
If they can support themselves as an independent entity in a commercial manner like almost every other industry, at least for now, then more power to them !

Government Gone Too Far

The doctrine of nullification, i.e., the idea that states have the right to unilaterally render void an act of the federal government that they perceive to be contrary to the Constitution.

The Government has not "just gone off the Plantation" , it has been off it's Constitutional tracks for a long time. It's time to declare it "null and void".

The federal (it's not even a Federal government anymore) Government has broken more Constitutional Laws and so diabolically breached it's authority with it's citizens that America is only dimly recognizable as the "Beacon of Freedom" it once was!

I, like you, I'm sure , until recently, was thinking that these haunting breaches of Constitutionally protected rights and freedoms , we've witnessed of late, were just one more little infraction of many like the attempts of forced purchases through legislation ie; mandatory insurance(well meaning or not), the theft of personal property as in unjust taxation and fees, State coersion ie; usurpation of States rights for Federal handouts. The Administration and it's Party is already controlling the press by the press complicity and of the relinquishment of it's ethical sovereignty. the egregious ongoing attempted demolition of the free market system as in controlling business's through bailouts rather than allowing the process of risk /reward - risk/failure and bankruptcy reorganization. And really, to much to mention in this earnest but lacking alarm.

I will not support, and will actively put all my efforts against any candidate for any office that will not swear to uphold the Constitution in it's purest form. Nor will I support any who will not support the barring of tyranny.

In 1821 Jefferson warned that "the germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal judiciary, an irresponsible body ... working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped from the states, and the government of all be consolidated into one."

U.S. Government might as well have pulled the trigger it's self !

were presenting an alternative to Wyoming ranchers for controlling the
coyote population. It seems that after years of the ranchers using the
tried and true methods of shooting and/or trapping the predators, the
tree-huggers had a more humane' solution.

What they proposed was for the animals to be captured alive. The males
would then be castrated and let loose again. Therefore the population
would be controlled. This was ACTUALLY proposed to the Wyoming Wool
and Sheep Grower's Association by the Sierra Club and the USFS.

All of the ranchers thought about this amazing idea for a couple of
minutes.. Finally, an old guy in the back of the conference room stood
up, tipped his hat back and said:"Son, I don't think you understand
our problem. Coyotes ain't f**kin' our sheep - they're eatin' 'em!"
